The town of Avsallar (pop. around 10 000) surrounded by large forested areas and best beaches of Antalya province. It's a district under Alanya municipality 25 km away, and it's been inhabited since the 1500's.

The close proximity to country and nature encourages many adventurers to either saddle up and go horseback riding through the forest and down to the beach, or to be refreshed by taking a walk through the forest. Avsallar is popular among nature lovers, and an exciting way of exploring the area is in an off-road vehicle so that you can enjoy unobstructed views of the forests and valleys as well as remote mountain villages as you head towards the foothills of the Taurus Mountains.
